Family

We advise on separation, divorce, co-habitation, finances and issues concerning children as well as pre-nuptial and living together agreements and collaborative family law

Family

Our aim is to be sure that our clients thoroughly understand what they can do, and the consequences of decisions which they make, as well as the likely costs of the steps they are taking

A member of Resolution first for family law, Christine Pick follows Resolution's code of practice, adopting a firm and fair approach, and avoiding confrontational language which could stir up a dispute or create distrust. Where children are involved, their welfare will be seen as a most important consideration. Co-operation is promoted as much as possible, but all the time, putting our client's interest first

We offer Collaborative Family Law for those couples who, although separating,  wish to make key decisions about their future together, helping them to find the best solutions by agreement, rather than conflict
